I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado 3500 as well as a 5th wheel trailer. Towing the trailer from Texas I would get random "check trailer wiring" messages on the dash. I changed the trailer wiring but the message would still reappear. After researching the issue, we realized this is common to our truck and GM issued a Customer Satisfaction Program (silent recall) that addresses this issue at no cost to the customer. I brought my car in for the last of my buy two get one free oil changes. Upon arrival before my appointment time I asked if they could be done in an hour and 15 minutes, and I was told normally they wanted an hour and 45 minutes.
Now the only things being done were a tire rotation (should take 10 minutes tops) and an oil change. An oil change has 5 steps. Unscrew the bolt in the oil pan and drain the oil. Replace the oil pin. Remove the oil filter and wipe the area clean. Replace the oil filter. And fill with ... Read More

Just the other day, my wife and I went shopping for a new Tahoe to replace her old one. What we came out with was a 2026 Chevy Traverse RS...you know the sporty version with all the bells and whistles. The purchasing was easy easy with zero pressure. The big shout out goes to our salesperson Paul Lowery. Thorough, knowledge and professional are an understatement. Hands down the best experience. There's a reason why we only shop at the Castle Rock autoplex and the service department treats us right without all the fluff and unnecessary bs.
Not professional grade. Came in to look at a used 2014 Buick Regal. The car looked rough and had not been cleaned. Salesman J.B. didn't seem to know much about the car. Scheduled to come back when the car is clean and bring my wife. Salesman J.B. wasn't in for our appointment. Cesar helped us locate the car after several laps around the dealership. Finally located car but no keys. Bad news... service manager bought the car out from under us. What a waste of time. Offered possibly $500 off of a new vehicle. Not professional grade

I’ve been going to the Chevy here in CR for about a year. The service is always great. Everyone is friendly, professional, personable, and communicative about the state of my repair. I love they offer shuttle drop-off and pick-up. So convenient and Cam is the best!!!! Fun conversation and knowledgeable about the neighborhood for a quick and efficient ride home.
Unfortunately after a while i realized they’ll do anything to make a sale but they don’t really care about customer retention or satisfaction

I purchased an Audi Q5 in December,after expeiencing a total accident of my car. After a bit of a run around with the saleman, I contacted Anthony, the GM, Luke and Maurin - and they heard my concerns, and took the beste care of me! I do recommend this team of professionals. And, I love my car.
I left my vehicle with the dealership two times, but they were unable to fix the camera problem (it is intermittently not working). They said it was a programming issue, and they must not have the correct program to repair it. When I left my car the first time, I had thought the problem was still covered under warranty so was surprised when there was a charge since the service department had not communicated what the price for diagnostic work would be. I called to schedule a service appt and actually reached a live person AT the dealership. Once I arrived, the shop was clean and the staff was very friendly. Abi took great care to review my requests. The work was done in a timely manner. Thanks for helping me with the coffee machine Abi. I will definitly be back.
Tech entered the truck with greasy shoes after oil change had to clean carpets and floor mats. Also on tire rotation all four chrome valve caps were missing not good service.

I knew it was bad idea to bring my Silverado in for a collision/lane assist camera issue. This location is always lackluster in their service. I dropped it off at 8:30 am with Greg. I had to call him for an update. i purchased the extended warranty through Chevy and Greg acted like Ally Premier Protection wouldn’t answer the phone.
