Kyi at Castle Rock Chevy delivered an absolutely top tier
Kyi at Castle Rock Chevy delivered an absolutely top tier vehicle buying experience. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and salespeople over the years, and very few operate with the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service that he does. He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck, transparent throughout the process, and never once made me feel pressured. What impressed me most was how much effort he put into making sure everything was right. He stayed in communication, handled issues quickly, answered every question thoroughly, and genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one instead of just making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare in today’s market. Kyi represents exactly what a dealership should want in a salesman. If you’re shopping at Castle Rock Chevy and want someone trustworthy, hardworking, and easy to work with, ask for him specifically. He earned my business and my recommendation without hesitation.

Ed in the service department treated me with kindness and respect the minute I walked in for 4 new tires on my truck. Ed recommended an alignment because one has never been done, I was in and out within 2 hours and my truck ride like a dream, Everyone in the service was extremely nice and treated like I was the only customer there. The service waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Being treated like family will earn my respect and future business. Great job Caste Rock Chevrolet GMC.
